I spoke to the lady on the end of the phone about an order that was awaiting new stock. The new order of stock was late on the arrival of the delivery. I did not know this before purchasing the item as it said ‘in stock’ on the website. I was annoyed because it was a present which was late. Then, I wrote a complaint to tell them how I was annoyed and if they sent me a different charm out I would pay the £9.95 for engraving which it says on their returns policy and the website for the lady to tell me they don’t have the facilities to do engraving. Absolutely horrendous customer service, didn’t even get an apology! Most definitely will not be using Joshua James again, nor will be recommending them. Useless.
