I recently bought two snap squad dinosaurs. Unfortunately Hermes lost this parcel. Daniel dealt with this problem quickly and sent replacements out for my sons birthday. He also sent a dinosaur activity book to make up for Hermes loosing the first parcel. The second parcel arrived quickly and my little boy was so happy! I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you
