I won't buy juul again. Couple of times pods leaked and they don't last. 25.00 for a pack of two? is ridiculous.

A very poor level of customer service. Their menthol pods had no flavor and a stinky smell. They just offered me 10% off my next purchase after a long conversation over 30 minutes. Is this a joke? I was told that the pods don't come with a warranty. I am very disappointed with the quality of the pods!

Too many of their pods malfunction. A waste of money. I just bought a 2 pack, a d they leaked, and both pods are gone within a day and a half. I won't spend another dollar on juul.

Very poor customer service. Massive list of requirements to register a faulty product under warranty. Customer service simply disappeared, not answering emails. My guess is all replies are automated and there is little intention of ever resolving the problem. Having looked at their track record I see a massive amount of negative feedback.

I don't use juul, BUT bottom indisputable fact is that this is a nicotine product, yes, better than smoking cigarettes, however, nicotine is highly, highly addictive and causes various health issues. This is true in any person, any age, any century despite what anyone may make themselves believe from social media or any program on netflix. I am a physician and work in development. Nicotine is a problem in any form, period. Like it or not.

Customer service is terrible, I usually get my orders on middle of the month’s, but lately it’s never in time, and when I contact customer service (Jose) he didn’t help at all.

First time user of juul. Bought pods and device. Charged device, didn't work. Got another device, charged it, put in new pod. Didn't work . Called customer support, have to register for an account for any replacement or refund. Not jumping thru hoops for an inferior product. Alto a good product, never any problems, will stay with them. My advice, use alto or the disposable vapes. Much better quality!

Moved out of state and they will no longer let me order. Also, last delivery before I moved went to the wrong house. Delivery service messed up. Batteries go dead after a few weeks. Customer service people seem very confused and offer no remedies.

At least 75% of the pods leak within the first drag. I’d say the majority of the money I’ve spent on them went straight in the trash. Effectively double price to use them. Just a terrible company, speaking technically not morally. Awful product quality.

Juul 2 very good product the app fantastic The e cigarette nice slim only I think the pods too expensive and it's only 18mg of nicotine it should be too 21mg and 3 pods for this price

Out of the last 10 batteries that I bought, two worked. The rest only showed green when I connected them and hold no charge at all. A couple blink indicating short circuit. Extraordinarily bad reliability, hard to believe they still turn a profit. Definitely not spending any more money on Juul products. It's a shame, they used to work well.

I thought I had neuropathy from the vape but turns out it’s a narrowing of l4 and l5 , I still do not recommend them anyways because it does restrict blood flow. Ty

4 batteries haven't worked. Bought them 2 days apart, different stores. I've called juul and given them my info 7 times. They then said I needed to do it yet again online. $50 down the toilet on those and they won't replace them. Told me to clean them. Also every other box of pods leak.
