I purchased 31 handles/ spent $700 on handles for our kitchen. After the product was delayed twice the handles arrived, there was a problem with just 1 of them. Helga in customer service was rude and dismissive. Only after I pushed back insisting the issue did she begrudgingly half attempt at resolving the issue. I was met with a short blunt response.
Will not purchase from this company again if this is how they treat customers
