Very impressed with our purchase. On arrival we checked the pieces - every piece was individually wrapped and the kit included extras like a mallet and a touch up pen in case if any little slip ups. It spoke of quality.
The pergola fitted together beautifully and looks very smart and solid on our patio. To be fair the instructions need upgrading to match the quality of the product. The diagrams were tiny, it was not easy to see what was intended but we got there. V pleased with our purchase.
