Items were missing from my initial order. When I reported it I incorrectly reported one bottle of strips more than was missing. When I informed the owner he shamed me. I did not have to inform him, and would have been happy to of paid for it but thought it was poor customer service to embarrass me over it, after they did indeed not send me everything they were supposed to . When I told him I thought it was poor customer service he got upset with me, And canceled my account, returning my initial payment, and not returning my next message. It was not a positive experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone else. I have not left reviews about them on any other posts, as I gave him the benefit of the doubt, that he did not give me
