Absolutely appalled by the service from this company. I ordered an electric car with a personalised registration plate for my niece's 1st birthday on October 19th. The toy came with missing parts so I was unable to assemble the vehicle, such as bolts, 2 alloys, screws and vital parts to build the car and to make it a safe toy for my niece. The registration plate also did not come. I went to call the company to let them know that the parts had not came but the contact number is an automated service which tells you to email the company. I emailed the company and specifically told them I would need the parts before the 28th October, as this was the day of my niece's birthday party. 27th October parts were still not there. I emailed back and I was dealing with a customer services assistant Harriet. She seemed apologetic that the parts had not arrived and that she did contact the manufacturer and promised the parts would be there by the Monday. Monday came, and no parts or reg. I then went on holiday and returned back on 17th November! To my disappointment the parts were still not there. Before I went on holiday I asked for a manger to call me. No one rang, no one has communicated with me. The parts definitely haven't came because my mum was at home the full time, and if they did come and no one was in they would have left a slip. No emails were sent out to confirm that they were getting delivered. Now that I have asked for a full refund no one has got back to me. How do I get my money back and take this case further?
