I ordered 2 silver M1911 mags. 1 was fine, untouched, the other had the packaging open and was faulty (the plastic thing at the top of the spring had snapped off). I've sent about 5 emails over a couple of weeks and tried ringing. No reply to emails and phone just hangs up instantly. Cowboys.
