have loved being customer for the last 15 years however on my last visit I was informed my loyalty cards that I have been saving with stamps would not be honoured this was very disappointing as I now needed online account as an older customer this is not accessible to me. It would be great if my loyalty would be honoured on my cards you need consider you older customers counter staff are not as friendly as they once was when I raised how can I get my cards honoured just saying I had run out of time did not offer any guidance even though I am older customer did not consider any issues I may have when I explained I would not be able to set up the new way to access benefits for loyal customers
