Ordered 17 June but order not received. Chased 27June and 1 July but again no response. Tried web chat on 4.7 but no one available. Tried ringing 0203 916 5047 said was in a queue but then cut off. Originally ordered an item through Amazon which arrived but DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM.
