Easy to order. Good communication & quick delivery with arrival updates. The light itself won’t sit straight but this is a design fault with this type of pendant as it’s the second one we’ve ordered from different companies & not the fault of Lighting Direct. The fitting is only on one side of the cord & the glass isn’t heavy enough to pull it straight. We’re living with it
