I ordered a dress. The dress came with no tag and something similar to a dry-cleaner receipt. The dress in reality has nothing of the elegance and flawlessness of the one on the website: the design presents terrible flaws along the sides over the hips and its size isn’t a real S as ordered, but rather a L. I ask for the return form thinking of dealing with a serious company. The following is the one and only answer from costumer service:
“ As for your case, in order to avoid any hassle for returning, we'd like to offer you a 30% Reward of the items' price as compensation, which you can use on your next order to get discounted price.
Or we'd like to refund you 15% of the item price and you don't need to return the item back.
We wonder if any of these solutions will be more acceptable and convenient for you rather then return?”
I answered very politely that I have no use for the item they sent because it isn’t what I ordered, because it is too big and because missing the tag and having attached that receipt, I am not sure that the dress is even new.
Unfortunately, Costumer Service never got back to me on the matter.
There is no return, only more buying. DON’T BE SCAMED!
