Please avoid this company. The items took weeks to arrive and were poor quality and random sizing. I ordered a top and dress in the same size, one was huge and one too small. The refund system is made deliberately difficult by LiB, you have to provide a photograph of each item individually (why??) and request a refund. They then delay for days and days, so that the 7 day refund period expires. I have contacted their customer services and social media pages and have to accept the fact that I've lost £50. Awful company to deal with and I'm going to contact my bank as this money has been taken fraudulently, as the goods are not of the standard I would expect.
