They provided my with store credit ONLY after never sending the dress i ordered. I paid $15 expedited 3-5 day shipping and the item never arrived. They said it was because the item was in high demand but the website never said it was on back order or unavailable. I subsequently canceled the order and instead of getting the money back they offered store credit only. Never have I had such a horrible experience with an online store.
