Prompt delivery. Customer service answers cals promptly and is helpful. All lights are working however when I wanted to exchange an item, I was informed that I would have to return it at my expense & then re-order & pay p&p again as the value was below free p&p. It was fine for one small sized item, but it would be costly for a bigger order.
