Parking was good although directions for exit could be better. Sadly the experience was spoiled on exit - the ticket machine wasn’t working and the Voice assistant was bad tempered, abrupt and unhelpful insisting we change exit lane despite us advising one was blocked by a car with hazards on and the other cordoned off. Eventually he asked for a reference number and after telling us to ‘wait’ the barrier was lifted remotely
