Had a couple of teething issues that were sorted along the way, but a massive appreciation for the service received from Richard. He was thorough, professional and polite, and a general pleasure to work with. He helped with a lot of my questions, and didnt over complicate things for me by using jargon and he made sure that he did the best he could for me in any way possible. He, himself deserves 5 stars.
