Matt and his team responded to numerous emails with detailed requirements. Their builders came every day on time and constructed and installed the decking and customised fencing to a high quality finish. The project started with 2-day delays because of unforeseen issues, but they kept me well informed. They are also happy to rectify any issues on site, for example there was a gap that shine light through and they found a way to fix the problem. I specified I need a way to open up the deck to clean the gutter underneath and they found a good solution for it. For the fencing, I wanted custom-made Japanese style vertical slatted fencing, with LED light strip to be installed in it and with a hidden door. Their engineer found creative ways to solve all of those issues. Very happy with the patio make over, the quote they gave was reasonable.
