Would offer no stars if I could. TrustPilot reviews indicate this company is great but if you look through you see all the reviews are negative and positive ones are always ‘invited’ reviews; I find this very suspicious and wished I had researched better before ordering. I have waited over 2+ weeks for a delivery, (no other companies are having problems because of Christmas and Covid on the scale that LOOKFANTASTIC seem to have). Customer service is non existent with mostly automated replies. The live chat feature never works - any day/time i have tried so far, ‘people’ have been unavailable. Avoid at all costs unless you’re happy waiting 3-4 weeks for an order.
