I was really excited about my LoveBook. I bought it as a wedding anniversary gift for my husband. I became anxious after not receiving my package and contacted the company after a couple weeks, they responded to me that same day. After confirming there was an issue with the delivery they issued me a new book. I just received it today and it's absolutely perfect. It was exactly what I expected and I was truly impressed with the customer service and response time.
