Lovely friendly them. Lovely welcoming office. Made sure I was happy with my phone before I left. Instantly recommended to everybody I see with a broken phone. Unfortunately my screen broke or came loose inside due to no fault of my own, or LoveFone's, just the way the world works and I have the worst luck! So I contacted the team and explained my situation and how distressing it was as I was out of the country at the time, however, they reassured me they would fix my phone free of charge and refund partially the original cost!
