This is my first experience with Luxury Escapes. I was lead the team of 8 people. I have booked 4 room’s with 4 separate booking ID’s. During COVIC travel restriction, my 2 booking ID’s put on hold and the other 2 have been cancelled by the system default which was I don’t know what happens in the back ends. When the team has selected the travel date, I called Luxury Escapes, within few hours later Gavin S from Luxury Escapes called me back, I explained the situations. He has gone out with his way to assist me with my requested. As a result my 4 booking are now back online and active. Our trip to Khao Lak resort in ThaiLand is now ready to go.
