Today I had an issue with a staff person in trying to book a prepaid Scoopon gift voucher at a local winery in McLaren Vale, so unable to make any sense out of the directions i had been given I phoned the Scoopon number for some assistance. I spoke with a lovely young fellow, his name was Mitch R, he knew the area I was referring to and was able to sort out my dilemma. Mitch was very personable, extremely obliging and friendly, and i would think was a valuable member of your team, so I thank him for his support.
