I telephoned Luxury Escapes this morning and spoke to a lovely staff member by the name of Vynka. She messaged the hotel regarding my query straight away, then emailed me within minutes that she had contacted the hotel and was awaiting a reply. As soon as she received the reply, she forwarded the response from the hotel to me. This was all within 1 hour!
Vynka was not only efficient and timely in her help regarding my query, but was also very pleasant to speak with. Well done Vynka!
