I needed to cancel my trip to Bali only 3 days before departure as I got Covid pretty badly. I rang LE and was put thru to Eric H who has been the most helpful customer service person I have had the pleasure to talk to. He was very pro-active in helping me to understand what the possibilities were to make changes, what evidence I needed to provide so he could get in touch with the hotels etc . He has managed in a very short time to change dates, upgrade accommodation packages and organise new transfers etc for later in the year. This has taken a huge weight off my mind as my insurance would not cover me for Covid BEFORE I left on my trip, only if I contracted it while I was O/S.
