My experience since getting a coach has been great! I was paired with Coach Garrett and I have no complaints. I asked to be held accountable and he does just that. I started my journey because a year ago I was the heaviest I had ever been and I wanted to lose weight. I let him knoe that it doesn't have to be a fast, strict timeline for me. I want to enjoy life & lose weight at the same time and I'm down 25 lbs since I have started working with him. He is consistent, encouraging, & challenges me. I was stuck in my ways as far as workouts go and ever since my journey with Garrett, I have learned to let that go and accept the help that would allow me to thrive.
