I’ve been following Macros Inc and my macro numbers there for several years on and off as I wanted to cut for events but something was never quite right. So in July, I signed up for nutrition coaching to cut and work towards a bulk. Oh boy did coach Brittany Suplicki have her work cut out for her! I had several life distractions in 2024, but with her help I managed to lose 25-30 lbs and also keep so much of the muscles I had already! In November, I decided it was time for a more personalized training plan and to utilize my home gym equipment more. Now Brittany is helping me with both my nutrition and fitness and I couldn’t be happier with my progress so far and am looking forward to bulking in 2025!
