Macros, Inc. coaching is what I needed to dial in my efforts. My phenomenal coach, Viktorija, is amazing. She really takes the time to get to know her clients. In the beginning I was struggling to figure out the tracking, but once I caught on, my results started to show immediately. I did, however, have a major setback in my life. My Mom, who is my best friend, passed away after a year and a half battle with cancer. Viktorija was with me the whole time. She taught me how to give myself grace. My nutrition stayed on point, but I stopped working out. Viktorija would gently nudge me in the direction of movement with the grace I needed. She truly helped me mentally through that and is still helping me as it hasn’t even been a year yet. I have never seen such results as I have with Macros, Inc. I can honestly say this is something I could do forever; although, intuitive eating will be in my future. I’m so thankful I decided to get a coach!! I would recommend coaching to everyone!
