A seamless process from when we first visited the shop to when our log burner was installed, 3 months in total. All the staff involved were very helpful and courteous at all times explaining our options at every stage, i.e. choice of log burner, design of stone hearth, installation in our living room.
We are delighted with the overall finished appearance and performance.
