I am stunned that my order of six pairs of cotton knickers arrived with six plastic hangers. How on earth is M&S still doing that? Does anyone keep their knickers on hangers? How can M&S continue to contribute to plastic pollution in this way? These hangers are useless, ridiculous, and betray an appalling lack of consideration for corporate environmental responsibility.
Putting the onus on the consumer to return these crappy hangers in-store is unethical and preposterous.
