Quality of the product was great as usual however, delivery was shocking 3 1/2 hours late with no Comms to say there was an issue with delivery until I emailed as no one was answering the phones. The driver claimed he was using two sat navs and one broke missing my delivery off the schedule- very inconvenient as I was meant to be at work hours before. I must say though I have ordered a few time before and never had an issue so hopefully this is an isolated incident
