Everything I ordered was delivered on time as specified - the quality of the meats are really VERY good! Those wild boar sausages DEFINITELY deserve another order. I was very impressed with the lamb racks, even more impressed that they arrived already french-trimmed. They turned out beautiful in the oven! Meat box was the star of the dinner table!
