I am completely impressed with your service and especially customer service. There was an issue with my original upload so I emailed, within 20 minutes Nate emailed me back and worked to figure it out. Not only did he refund my original credit so I could resubmit the video, but he bumped me to the top of the line. Will definitely be sending more videos in. Thank you so much!!
