why do I have to provide ID and proof of residence to courier???
Seems like overkill. any other courier delivery can be signed for by reception or a 3rd party.
Makes no sense.
so when he rocked up at my delivery address on Friday, I was not available to provide all this. Now he has to return today. Supply chain 101 - waste of time and money.
