We received a parcel with a broken figure which occurred in shipping. When I emailed mini zoo the item was immediately replaced without having to do a return which saved a lot of hassle. I was also given the option to get free shipping on additional items to be sent along with the replacement. With my daughter’s upcoming birthday it was very handy, Absolutely outstanding service.
