My order took a week or two to be processed and once it was processed it was shipped out and they didn't enter the shipping information into their system, and were unable to tell me where it was shipped. Customer service immediately submitted a replacement which again to several days to fulfill and upon receipt i found that they had sent me someone else's order. After several emails and a phone call, I was at least able to get my money back. I presume eventually they would've been able to get the order correct, but maybe be prepared to be patient when ordering.
