I've had very few errors when ordering from this company over the 5 years I've been purchasing online. My order got voided and unbeknownst to me it was instantly taken care of the moment it happened and within the same day of me asking of the status of my voided order they provided me with an up to date tracking number and arrival date. Extremely satisfied with customer support.
