First off let me make it clear I got all my items in great condition. The items did come much later but I got the items on preorder so its really not Miniature Markets fault. What sucked about the service was trying to call the suport team. I called on multiple days, multiple times to just ask when they thought the delayed items might come in. No one would pick up the phone and it would always go to a answering machine. My wife even left some messages and no one called us back...
(Mind you I was one of the backers for what I ordered and it never showed up, when I found out MM had it I bought it via them. So really I was worried if the item even like... existed!)
Now maybe they get tons of calls and cant get to back to everyone, but I thought it was poor customer service and makes me feel like if I really did have a problem with an item I would be hard pressed to ever get ahold of anyone who would want to help me or care that I had a problem at all.
On that same note of showing they care. My pre order came late, not MMs fault but I got no little note in my box of things that said "sorry we could not got this to you sooner, hope you come back and buy again", no little extra pack of dice, miniture or cards that they may have to many of and wanted to pawn off just as a thank you for spending a bunch money here. Really the three star for "Acceptable" really sums up my buy from MM.
Again I want to make it clear that I got EVERYTHING I ordered in great condition and being late to send was not MMs fault. I may buy again from MM and would not warn anyone to stay away from them but I DO think they could be a little more people pleasing.
