Be very wary when you return items to Mint Velvet!! I ordered two item: a jacket and a pair of trousers in mid January, both of which were unsuitable (although lovely). I returned them both in their original packaging through Collect + and was only refunded for the trousers. I emailed them twice and they said there was a query on the jacket. Having no idea what this query was, I rang the next day and the girl said I had sent them back a different make jacket! I cannot believe I had been accused of this! They then went on to send me a picture of a jacket I had never seen before! I have never experienced this in my many years of purchasing online and am upset and distressed that I have been accused of somehow swapping the jacket. Who does that! I am going to take this further as the company is suggesting they will send me back this jacket - which is preposterous! IT IS NOT THE JACKET I SENT! Order with caution - you may want to take a picture of the parcel as proof because word of mouth doesn't seem to get you anywhere!
