Service was fine except I was given some wrong info. I was told I could not port my phone number to my new iPhone 6 and that I needed to buy a sim from another network and then port back to EE. This was incorrect as you can port from Orange to EE. I was also advised that I needed to give Orange 30days notice, this was also incorrect. So I could have been saved a phone call to Orange if your advisor had been more knowledgeable. I hope this helps improve your service to other customers.
