On buying 2 iPhone 6's for our twin boys birthday with a promise of next day delivery, we were very disappointed to only receive one. We were confused about the communication from yourselves via email as it didn't seem to tally with the fact that we had confirmation from you. When I tried to get to the bottom of it, with my husband (who had actually made the purchase) on a flight to Japan, I was left with no rights to find out what had happened to our purchase. I understand the data protection act but the process I had to go through resulting in me having to buy yet another phone, took over 1.5 hours in total to you high cost 0871 number. I was very frustrated as it took up a lot of my time whilst I had a work deadline, which I subsequently didn't manage to adhere to
