Ordered online initially, which all went smoothly until informed via email that there were some address issues. Contacted by phone and was told by sales team that details had to be re-entered using validation link/code. This also failed , so had to recontact via phone again.
Eventually discovered that Mobiles.co.uk wouldn't sanction use of a business address, which was frustrating as a lot of time could have been saved in the first place, had this been known and the fact that the phone was being purchased for business use. Put the order through using personal details and phone was then dispatched promptly.
