Although we had a little trouble ordering my daughters phone on the website, I rang the customer services centre and they we so very helpful - locating the exact phone in a couple of minutes (it had shown as out of stock online) and sorting the order out in a friendly and efficient manner. Phone arrived the next day and daughter is very happy!
