I found a good contract price for the phone I wanted . The phone arrived the next day . As it was all done on line , I was unable to ask for advice on porting my number .However I was able to work it out myself , by contacting my previous provider , gift gaff , who sent me a pac code , and then ringing O2 to start the process .
