Overall the staff member on the phone was friendly, and the phone arrived very fast, the next day. But it came with absolutely no instructions on what I was supposed to do next. The phone number on the receipt was so tiny (font 7 I think) that I didn't see it for two days. The only information the staff member gave me was to phone O2 when the phone arrived. but when I did even O2 seemed confused. Took me two calls to O2 and one visit to the store to get the new phone up and running. All this time could have been saved with a A4 sheet with clear instructions on what to do to transfer from my old company Vodafone to the new one. My other big issue with them is that I have now found out they have charged me £4.70 for the phone call to buy a contract from them. In other words they are making money from me both ways, from the monthly contract, AND from the phone call to get the contract. What a bloody cheek. Other than that I have no issues with them.
