The phone arrived in good time and fully functional unfortunately that's all I can say in favour. The chargers I received was not a branded HTC charger nor was there the head phones or most importantly the tool for opening the nano SIM and micro sd trays I understand that a refurb will not come with original packaging but this was just the phone and the rest cobbled together.
Even though I was dissapointed with what I actually received the phone it's self hasn't missed a beat and I am very happy with it.
