The website is easy to use and intuitive. Placing the order was easy - but then things went downhill. The phone ordered was 'not in stock', and I received an email saying they would get back to me within 7 days. They didn't. Online chat facility wouldn't work, tried emailing the CEO as per the website instructions. It didn't work. Had to ring up, at 10p a minute, and spend a good deal of time on the phone sorting out a replacement order (same handset, different colour). The chap was very helpful, but the entire procedure would have been easier and quicker if they had (a) not advertised a handset they didn't have (b) get back to me in the correct timeframe (c) sort out the online customer contact facilities so they actually work. Good deal on the handset, not so good on the communication.
