Tariff was more expensive than stated; I had to check with the network as to why and the effect of any future RPI increases. If that causes problems later I shall take it up with Mobiles.co.
Phone packing and accessories etc more basic than usual - even for a so-called "refurbished" phone. Maybe it IS refurbished and not what their definition actually says (returned phones, unused etc).
