Initially I was informed by email that my order had been rejected and it implied that O2 had done this due to a credit issue. I contacted O2 and they said no such action had been taken and after reviewing my own credit score I believe that the rejection was more likely down to not having the stock to fulfil the offer being made. I complained to mobile.co.uk and u switch (who I had utilised). Three days later I start getting text and emails saying my new phone is on its way. It is a lucky thing I didn't go and order another phone in the intervening days. However, I am happy with phone and O2 have been very helpful. Just hope I get the cash back I've been promised...
