I am getting constant emails about feedback before I've recieved the phone. I have also had a bill from O2 before I've recieved the phone?! I am being charged from the day I applied for the contract, instead of the day I recieved it. In effect, I am being charged for something I've not got and can not yet use?!
It was, however, a good deal. I will reply to the email about reviewing the handset when I actually receive it!
